What is business coaching?

We develop a very close relationship based upon understanding, trust and candid communication.  My clients pay me to know what is most important to them and to help them achieve their goals. 

 

Coaching helps you to identify and achieve your most important business and personal goals by keeping you focused and consistently on track. I am committed to telling you what you need to hear, which is not always what you want to hear.  I will hold you accountable for achieving the goals that you and I agree upon.

 

 

Who hires a business coach?

Those wanting more, wanting growth & wanting it easier. Coached clients get all three

 

Every great performer, whether an elite athlete, business legend or performing superstar, is surrounded by coaches and advisors.

 

Having a Business Coach is no longer a luxury …it has become a necessity. Clearly you can survive in business without the help of a coach, but it´s almost impossible to reach your maximum potential!

 

 

How long will we work together?

In most cases, I ask my clients to make a 6-month to 1-year commitment to the coaching process.  Lasting change takes time and only through a consistent and disciplined process will the desired outcomes be realized.  The time frame is less important than the mindset.  This is not a “miracle cure” or “silver bullet” solution.  If you feel you and I can work together for a shorter duration and achieve what you want to achieve, call now and we'll get started.

 

How much does coaching cost?

In most cases - nothing! In fact, you should be able to make more than enough in the growth of your company to pay for the coaching. And, the results last for years after the coaching process has ended.

 

It may be the greatest investment that you will ever make

 

But if that's not a good enough answer, we'll tell you this: It would cost you more to hire a receptionist to answer your phones for a year than it will cost you to hire a coach.

 

Who is your ideal client?

Over the years, I have come to recognize that clients with the following characteristics do very well partnering with me:

 

  • High standards of excellence. They demand that everything they do be of the highest quality, in their own work and that of their employees.
  • Very skilled in their fields. They are experts in what they do and are a valuable source of information for their own clients.
  • Committed to customer service. They understand that the only reason they can continue in business is by making sure that their customers are consistently happy with their service. 

   Hard workers. They do everything they can to make their businesses better.
 
   Willing to invest in themselves and their businesses. They know that investment pays for itself many times over as their business grows.
 
   Committed to supportive relationships. In both their business and personal lives, they realize they can't make it alone. 
 
   Truly committed to taking their business to the next level. They don't want to talk about it or think about doing it. They are ready to work to make it happen
 
   Open to change. They are willing to get outside their comfort zone to work through areas of discomfort, challenge, and difficulty. 
 
   True to their word. I ask my clients to complete assignments. They need to be able to commit to these assignments and follow through.

 

What about confidentiality?

I am very selective about the "fit" I have with clients.  I will only work with one client at a time from any one industry. I will suggest another coach or coaches for you if I think that there may be a conflict in this area.  

 

Further, we will never share with anyone the information you share with us during or after coaching.

 

There is only one exception.  I have coached clients as part of a Individual Performance Improvement plan, paid for by an employer.  If this is your situation, we will only speak to your employer about performance trends and nothing more. 

 

How is working with you going to help my company grow?

 

I'll work with you to set goals, plan with you, strategize with you, prepare action plans, and hold you accountable, to get you and your organization performing at the highest levels and achieving desired RESULTS.

 

I am not a magician. I will not promise that by simply hiring me that you will achieve instant prosperity. But I do PROMISE that the UN-Stuck Leadership Coaching Program will help you achieve more than any consultant, seminar, or discussion with a relative can!

 

Working together, I will help you: Establish a clear sense of your attractive future; gain a greater level of influence on the employees in your organization; create self-accountability habits that help you grow yourself and your organization and achieve RESULTS.

 

I am very proud to say that I have never lost a client – and I maintain a pledge to NEVER lose a client – because what I do works! Therefore, it is important that I only work with business Leaders who are serious about winning in the game of life and the game of business.

 

Can you coach team members too?

Absolutely!  To have a truly effective business it is imperative that your team understands what is expected of them and buy in to what you are planning to achieve. So we will work with you and your team as necessary to help you support and encourage them into higher levels of performance and productivity.

 

Do you ever let a client go?

I have had to let clients go before, but this is very uncommon.  Reason we may let a client go are:


   Failure to show up for coaching sessions on a repeadted basis
   Not being committed to doing the action steps agreed upon
   Failure to make payment
   Client needs a counselor and not a coach
