10:30- Noon, January 9^th, 2014 - Creating Your Unique Leadership Philosophy- President Lincoln; Eisenhower; Gandhi; MLK and other great leaders are remembered for the mark they made on society through great leadership.    They all had a unique style, values and belief system.  You are unique too. Participants will create the framework for their own Leadership Philosophy to guide their actions well into 2014. 

10:30- Noon, January 23^rd, 2014 - Expanding Your Leadership Influence – Do you want to make a greater impact on your employees; establish a more trusting and valued relationship with your boss, or create a more collaborative and dynamic climate with your peers?  If so, this is your chance to create a plan to expand your sphere of influence like never before.

10:30- Noon, February 6^th, 2014 - Leading the Multi-Generational Team – Today, the workplace is more diverse than ever and leaders are constantly challenged with differing work ethics, changing dynamics in the team, succession planning and so many other topics related to the multi-generational workforce.  In this workshop, participants will discuss and discover the opportunities, advantages and potential positive outcomes that are possible working with a multi-generational team.

10:30- Noon, February 20^th, 2014 - Motivation and Inspiration – A Leadership Competency – Inspiring others to be motivated to achieve more, desire to perform at higher levels and contribute to the accomplishment of organizational goals is a great challenge.  It seems obvious that people do things, such as go to work, in order to get stuff they want and to avoid stuff they don't want.  Get inspired and inspire others!

10:30- Noon, March 6^th, 2014 - Leading Change and Transition in the Workplace – Why do people resist change?  They don’t!  They resist being changed.  Employees resist having to change their behavior.  Come discover tried and proven techniques to lead in times of change. Let’s change the way we handle change.

10:30- Noon, March 20^th, 2014 - Working with Difficult People – Leadership and management is not for the feint of heart and leaders get paid more to deal with difficult people and sometimes, very difficult people.  Seriously! And, the unfortunate reality is, most managers get held hostage to these folks, spending a disproportionate amount of time, thought and emotional energy on them. Often hovering on the verge of letting them go for years, but never quite being able (for a variety of reasons) to pull the trigger.  You will leave this discussion with a new level of understanding and a plan to deal with current or future, difficult employees with confidence.
